Doesn’t this picture of Gluten-Free Honey Barbecue Sauce make your mouth water?!?
Mine is watering now and I just had this for lunch today, not only is this recipe tasty with a capital “T” it is healthy. It is made with no sugar or high fructose corn syrup. I can’t wait for you to try it.
Here is my recipe for gluten-free Honey Barbecue Sauce.

Gluten-Free Honey Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 – 15-ounce cans of organic tomato sauce
1 cup raw honey
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBS. Coconut Aminos
2 tsp. gluten-free fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Dump all the ingredients into a medium pot on the stove. Mix ingredients well and heat to medium temperature until bubbling. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Use sauce immediately or freeze for future use.
