I need to be honest with you. I was highly doubtful that I would ever discover The Perfect Cup of Hot Chocolate.
When it comes to creating recipes that are Gluten Free or Paleo it isn’t always pretty and it rarely tastes good the first go around. So, when I tasted this hot chocolate that my daughter created that is Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, and can be made Dairy-Free and it was the best hot chocolate that I have ever tasted. I was shocked! Delighted but shocked!
An added benefit is that cocoa powder is an excellent source of fiber, magnesium, copper, and manganese, and a good source of iron
and phosphorus.
The lesson I learned is that sometimes while experimenting with new ingredients you actually get a better product than you have ever tasted before. I am excited to present to you today The Perfect Cup of Hot Chocolate!

Hi Gaye,
I hope you will enjoy the PERFECT CUP of Hot Chocolate…I must confess I have been making it daily 🙂
Hot Chocolate is perfect this wonderful season. It will be better if you’re drinking it with your family.
Agreed Mark! In fact my husband and I have a tradition of having an after dinner coffee alone together to talk about the day and I have switched to this hot chocolate instead of the coffee. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
