I use lavender essential oil in all of these ways but my favorite way is to put it on my linens before I go to bed. As a side note, I can only use one brand of lavender essential oil because for some reason I am unable to tolerate the smell, I was so grateful to find a pure, third-party tested, lavender that I could tolerate!
