I happen to be reviewing a book called the 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth and found it to be one of the best-written books on nutrition that I have read in a while.  The main reason for my excitement over this book is because it is based on research and not hearsay.  No old wives tales here, just cold hard facts.

Each food is beautifully photographed and includes a detailed description of how it made it onto the list for the 150 healthiest food on earth.  An added bonus is that all the food except one (wheat germ) is gluten-free!  There were even a few I have never heard of.  For a person with dietary restrictions, I am always excited to try new foods that are healthy and nutritious.

All the food listed have anti-inflammatory properties.  Scientists have now proven that inflammation is the root of most diseases.  Reset your health by eating anti-inflammatory food.

Now, here is the kicker!  I found my husband reading this book and asking me to purchase a few of the foods on the list.  He is a die-hard cheeseburger kind of guy so that is really saying something about the value of The 150 Healthiest Foods On Earth!
