Janelle Esker is the grateful wife of Michael and homeschooling mother of six amazing children. She lives with her family, 4 cats, 1 dog, 3 ducks and 12 chickens in scenic Ohio. Janelle received her B.A. in Education from Ohio Northern University. She is the author of CHOSEN: One Family's Journey with Autism.

  1. Those dishes look delicious! I think I’ll be trying at least two of them. The sweet potato rounds — genius! So much easier than baking potatoes, scooping out the inside and cooking them again! My gang is already hollering about chicken wings, which I don’t eat, but will begrudgingly cook. 😉 We also love cowboy caviar with homemade corn chips. It’s a fairly healthy snack (the recipe is on my old food blog if you’re interested). I also pinned a recipe for some yummy looking hummus to serve with carrot “chips.” I think with your suggestions, my party is planned. And I’ll take my plate upstairs to watch a girl movie while the game is on!
