It’s a family tradition to take the whole month of December off of homeschool and most activities and focus on preparing our hearts for Christmas. We bake, craft, read many seasonal books, and watch movies! We rest and serve too but mostly focus on opting out of the hurry and focusing on the Christ in Christmas. Here are some cherished Christ-centered Christmas crafts for kids, that I hope you will enjoy!
Christmas is not about busy. It is the direct opposite of busy. That first Christmas was humble, happy, and redemptive. Those three qualities are what we can aim for this Advent season. Crafting is one way we can set the tone for our family. The very act of creating is slow and is an important element in a Christ-centered Christmas.
