The Christian Parenting Issue
Hi friends,
I am so happy to introduce this month’s Issue about parenting and the holy call of motherhood! Have you ever heard of the quote “The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world”? Actually, the quote is part of a poem by William Ross Wallace that praises motherhood as the preeminent force for change in the world. The poem was first published in 1865 under the title “What Rules the World”. I believe this quote is absolutely true.
While parenting is visionary it is also immensely practical and well, tiring! This issue addresses both of these areas.
It can be helpful to remember that the mission of motherhood is to raise dedicated disciples of Christ. It is really a single mission with many many layers of underlying practices.
Pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea, let all the possibilities seep in, and enjoy this issue!
Blessings,
