Gluten-Free Creamy Poppyseed Chicken Casserole, just say that three times and your mouth begins to water!

This recipe has stood the test of time and although I started out making it with the gluten in it, when we made the change it was an easy recipe to convert to gluten-free.  It is a delicious meal and I have never had anyone, not like it!  How’s that for tasty?

I like to pair this creamy casserole with a green salad filled with lots of fresh veggies in it.  They go wonderfully together!   If you are feeling really ambitious a gluten-free apple cobbler would go great for dessert!
