How I love chocolate brownies! Its creamy deliciousness melts in my mouth and makes me happy! Today, I am going to share our family recipe for delicious gluten-free chocolate brownies that we make weekly around here.

This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and nut-free!
Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies
Serves 8
Ingredients
1/2 cup softened butter or ghee
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup unrefined cane sugar or coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. arrowroot powder
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup milk or almond milk
1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
*optional Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer.
2. Add 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips into the batter and mix gently.
3. Pour brownie the batter into a buttered 13″x9″ dish.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
My favorite way to eat these is with homemade vanilla ice cream fresh from the oven! Drissel some hot fudge over the top of the ice cream for an extra special treat!
