This recipe for amazing Gluten Free French Cauliflower Soup is one of my favorites to make in the summer with fresh cauliflower from the garden! You can just as easily use frozen too. Another reason I just love this soup is that it is EASY which seems to be an ongoing trend in all my delicious “dump and go” recipes. Yet another reason this recipe is a winner is the rich, creamy taste…my whole family loves it. This smooth recipe is a great way to get vegetables into their diet without them being conscious of it!

Janelle,
I can hardly wait to try this soup! It sounds so delicious and I love that it can be made in the slow cooker!
I hope you and your family will enjoy this Bridget!!
I love cauliflower, but I tried a cauliflower soup several years ago and just didn’t like it. Maybe the cream would help. Might have to try it again. My favorite with cauliflower is cauliflower rice. http://www.lemoinefamilykitchen.com/2016/06/maple-bacon-french-toast-bake/
Cream makes everything better 🙂
