These are our family’s FAVORITE gluten-free oatmeal cookies! So delicious! We make them quite often and they are great served with milk or almond milk. I also have them with afternoon tea. For the record, my daughter Sarah is the best at making these delightful oatmeal cookies, I don’t know what she does or how she does it but they always taste better when she makes them!
