Gluten-Free taco seasoning mix is hard to find. Actually, taco seasoning that is not filled with additives and preservatives is hard to find. That is why I am so excited to share with you our family’s gluten-free taco seasoning mix. It tastes great, is healthy, and is easy on the pocketbook.
I have to confess that my favorite thing about taco night is the toppings. Our family likes lettuce, tomato, salsa, guacamole, onion, sour cream, and shredded cheese, and some kids like ranch dressing on them too. I also view this meal as a nutritious meal that is quick and easy to make. Make sure to get help from your kids to chop all the veggies.
Three members of our family are totally grain-free. We don’t use taco shells but rather put our taco meat on Romaine lettuce leaf, delicious!

Thanks for sharing on Let’s Get Real Friday Party. Why do you put arrowroot powder in the seasoning? I always add avocados to top everything off my tacos. I leave off the chip.
Hi Karen,
I add arrowroot as a thickener, two of my children are allergic to corn so I always substitute arrowroot powder for cornstarch. By the way…I love avocado on taco’s!
Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appeal. Great post too!
I’m so glad you like it, the theme is “Daisy”. I’m glad you like the recipe too!
