Are you looking for last-minute CHARMING Mother’s Day Gifts?
In the United States, Mother’s Day occurs on a Sunday. The American incarnation of Mother’s Day was created by Anna Jarvis in 1908 and became an official U.S. holiday in 1914. I have to admit, as a mom of six children, I am grateful to Anna for her thoughtfulness. However, many I fear are not as grateful at the thought of finding the perfect Mother’s Day gift, it is hard work.
I’ve done the work for you, check out these easy and meaningful ideas that are sure to please your mother. That is not always an easy thing to do! Mothers work hard 365 days a year and deserve a little rest one day a year. I am excited to share with you these EASY DIY Mother’s Day gifts.

Some lovely gift ideas. We are doing a group photo for my mom – her four kids and their families. This is something that’s challenging to organize for a family with 14 little ones, but it will mean the world to her!
Blessings,
Kamea
Hi Kamea, I love that idea! It will be challenging but so worth the trouble. What a wonderful idea!
Wonderful list of appreciated gift ideas. Thanks for sharing. Stopping by from Fellowship Fridays. Carrie, A Mother’s Shadow

Cute ideas! My favorite gift is the gift of a day to myself. Very easy for last minute too.
Typically, my husband takes our daughter to his parents’ house for the entire day. They get home at bedtime. I love getting to have the house to myself for the entire day. This year, I decided not to do that as I need to do shopping down near where my in-laws live. So instead, it looks like I’m going with them but they all will use my van to go visit older relatives and I’ll use my MIL’s car to do shopping all by myself. 🙂
