Every year, from the time each one of my children was very young our family has made New Year Resolutions.  I think that setting goals is important even though we are sometimes unable to keep them.  It is still a good thing to think and pray about the areas you want to grow. We set goals in the areas of Faith, Family, Health, Home and Finances.  Here is a New Year Resolutions FREE Printable, just for you!

Goals can inspire and push us to do the things God has called us to do.  They hold us accountable and enable us to accomplish things that we didn’t think we could do.  With God as our strength, we can be empowered to try new things.

Being stagnant isn’t a great thing.

Proverbs 29:18 states that “Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he that keepeth the law, happy is he”.  Starting this blog was a result of one simple New Year’s Resolution.  I also want to thank each one of you for your support!  You are amazing and I treasure each of you, I have enjoyed getting to know you due to our interaction here at The Peaceful Haven. I made this New Year Resolutions FREE Printable.

I challenge each one of you to take a few moments today to pray and actually write out your New Year Resolutions.  The act of writing things down is the beginning of doing them.   I am filled with hope each time I write out my goals for the year.  I continue to study the goals throughout the year to monitor my progress.   I confess to being a bit scatterbrained so writing things down really helps me.

My children have come to enjoy this tradition   If your children are little and can not write, help them.  Write their goals down for them. Remember to save the goals each year, over the years you will have a treasured collection of the growth your children have made over the years.

Wishing you a BLESSED New Year!

Blessings,
