I know I start many recipe posts with “I am so excited!”, but “I really am so excited” to share with you, my recipe for No Crumble Paleo Sandwich Bread! It has literally taken me four years to come up with a win!
This recipe is based on Legit bread. I have changed a few ingredients to increase the nutritional value of the recipe and accommodate for food allergies in my family. If you have never heard of Legit bread you can get it HERE. I also want to give a big shout out to my friend Tamara who introduced me to Legit bread in the first place, Thanks, Tamara!
Legit bread tastes amazing and I highly recommend you try it but for a large family like mine it was cost prohibitive. My recipe for Paleo Sandwich Bread is just as delicious and even more nutritious with the addition of raw hemp seeds.
No-Crumble Paleo Sandwich Bread
Makes 2 loafs
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cassava flour
1/3 cup raw hemp seeds
1/2 cup potato starch flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. salt
10 eggs
6 TBS. grapeseed oil or olive oil
2 TBS raw apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup raw honey
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil two bread pans and set them aside.
- In the order of the recipe, in a large mixing bowl pour in each ingredient.
- Mix on low speed until the batter is well incorporated.
- Pour the batter into two greased bread pans. Bake for 4o to 45 minutes.
