All I can say is, Prepare NOW for the flu season!
Our family was caught unaware this week (September) with the arrival of a cold that hit us hard. I was unprepared and found myself and my husband, running out to the grocery all through the week for necessary items we did not have in the house. Not fun when you feel terrible!
Every family has its “Go To’s” that they have on hand in case of the flu or other illnesses. I have put together a toolbox of natural medicine to have on hand so you can prepare now for the flu season and not be caught off guard when a dreaded illness hits your family. Nothing is worse than going to the grocery store when you are sick!
