I find that cheese and fruit put together is the perfect combination, I even will slice Brie and put it on top of an apple for a perfect lunch! This recipe is gluten-free, keto, grain-free, sugar-free!
Raspberry Pecan Brie
Ingredients
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jelly (I use Polaner All Fruit)
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1 (8oz.) Brie round, rind removed from the top
chopped toasted pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Toast the pecans on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for five minutes and let cool
- Combine the first four ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
- Microwave the Brie on a plate just to warm for one minute or just slightly melted.
- Top the Brie with the raspberry jelly mixture and top with toasted pecans.
- Serve warm with crackers.
