I rarely use lemon, but I should. It goes in my thieves oil blend. I need to put a diffuser on my Christmas list.
I find lemon essential oil a real pick me up! I also love to use it in cooking…either doTerra or Young Living brand essential oil can be used internally.
I wasn’t aware of some of those uses.
